The New England Baklava Company makes Baklava with a Twist!
We hand build our baklavas with layer upon layer of buttered phyllo dough. Then we add a mixture of chopped walnuts and dried cranberries and top it off with more layers of buttered phyllo. We bake it to a perfect golden brown and then drench it in a sauce made with pure New England maple syrup.
You'll be surprised by these new and different tastes in baklava.
